Dear Friends,

Over the last 18 years, our mission of supporting children with cancer and other life-changing illnesses and injuries has grown both deeper and broader. In 2007, I could never have imagined where that first pillowcase for my son, Ryan, would take us. Today, almost 3 million whimsical pillowcases have been delivered to children in 350 hospitals, Ronald McDonald Houses, and clinics across NorthAmerica. While our initial focus was to bring joy and comfort to children through a simple pillowcase, our mission has since expanded to provide emotional support for the entire family.  It takes a village. At the heart of what we do is the understanding that children need reasons to smile, even in the toughest times. We also recognize that families require support in many forms — emotionally, psychologically, and beyond. By offering moments of joy, along with a wide range ofresources and services for every family member, we help them navigate the challenges they face.  We are honored to celebrate Dr. Carl June as part of our village. A world-renowned immunologist and pioneer in CAR-T cell therapy, Dr. June has revolutionized cancer treatment by reprogramming a patient’s immune cells to fight cancer. His groundbreaking work has brought hope to countless patients worldwide. We are excited about what we have achieved over the years and look forward to the future.
