For 16 years, the dedicated volunteers of our Charleston, South Carolina Chapter have brought comfort to children at MUSC Health with handmade pillowcases. With care and compassion, they’ve sewn and delivered an incredible 19,675 pillowcases—each one offering a touch of brightness and joy. Recently, the chapter celebrated the delivery of our 3 millionth pillowcase. Volunteers gathered at MUSC to present the commemorative pillowcase to Ryan, a young patient whose smile lit up the room. It was a joyful celebration of service, community, and the lasting impact of a simple, heartfelt gift.
