Philadelphia Chapter 3 Millionth Delivery
We’ve reached an incredible milestone—together! Ryan’s Case for Smiles has delivered our 3 millionth pillowcase, and it went to a very special young lady at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. To mark the occasion, several of our dedicated volunteers joined us in the hospital’s oncology activity room, where we spent the morning doing one of our favorite things—sewing pillowcases alongside patients and their families. It was a joyful and heartfelt activity, made even more meaningful by the chance to personally present the milestone pillowcase.

A Celebration to Remember at Shriners Philadelphia
Shriners Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia hosted a heartwarming celebration in honor of a major milestone: the delivery of our 3 millionth pillowcase. The day began in the hospital’s bright and welcoming activity room, where volunteers, patients, and families from around the world came together to sew pillowcases and share smiles. The highlight of the event was presenting the 3 millionth pillowcase—with a burst of confetti and plenty of cheers—to Dylan, a very special patient.
Celebrating 3 Million Smiles in Southeast Louisiana!
Another incredible milestone! Our Southeast Louisiana Chapter delivered the 3 millionth pillowcase to this precious child at Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center in Houma. Our amazing coordinator Janice marked the special occasion by presenting the celebratory pillowcase along with a custom tote she personally created.
Charleston, SC Chapter Shines in Milestone Delivery
For 16 years, the dedicated volunteers of our Charleston, South Carolina Chapter have brought comfort to children at MUSC Health with handmade pillowcases. With care and compassion, they’ve sewn and delivered an incredible 19,675 pillowcases—each one offering a touch of brightness and joy. Recently, the chapter celebrated the delivery of our 3 millionth pillowcase. Volunteers gathered at MUSC to present the commemorative pillowcase to Ryan, a young patient whose smile lit up the room. It was a joyful celebration of service, community, and the lasting impact of a simple, heartfelt gift.

San Antonio Chapter Celebrating 3 Million Pillowcases!
Little Piper was all smiles recently when she got a special gift delivered to her hospital room at University Children’s Health in their Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Coordinator Jill Gore was thrilled to meet her and make the special presentation. Our work is all about the smiles and Piper was over the moon about her new colorful 3 millionth commemorative pillowcase.
Rochester Chapter 3 Millionth Delivery
Since 2009, Debra Bartz has led the Rochester, NY Chapter with dedication and heart. Over the years, the chapter has delivered more than 8,000 pillowcases to young patients at Golisano Children’s Hospital. Each one brings a burst of brightness to hospital rooms and becomes a cherished keepsake for children to take home on their healing journey. Recently, a joyful milestone was reached as the 3 millionth pillowcase was presented to a special patient—who was all smiles as they received this symbol of care and comfort.
3 Million Pillowcases, 3 Million Smiles—Celebrating in Indianapolis!
Our Indianapolis Chapter had the joy of marking this amazing milestone with Mason, a very special patient at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital. Sue, one of our cherished chapter volunteers, joined Alicia, a compassionate Child Life Specialist, to present Mason with the 3 millionth pillowcase—made with love and delivered with smiles. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who helped us reach this milestone. Here’s to the next million smiles!
Celebrating 3 Million Smiles in Nova Scotia!
What a joy to mark this incredible milestone with a very special young lady at the IWK Health Centre in Halifax. Our amazing coordinator, Anne, had the honor of delivering the 3 millionth pillowcase to sweet Stevie—her smile said it all! Joining in the celebration was Chantal, a dedicated Child Life Specialist who lovingly shares our pillowcases with children every day. It was a day full of joy, connection, and of course… smiles. Thank you to all our volunteers and supporters who helped make this moment possible—3 million smiles and counting!
